What is your North Star for 2025?
The one thing that if accomplished will look like a major win in the year for you. This has to become your word of the year.i guess you would know better which one suits you more. Here's my list of words:
Aliveness: Growth might feel slow—or not like growth at all—but simply being here, breathing, is proof of life, even in small ways.
Assemblage: Take your time as you piece together the fragments of a new dream. It takes patience to bring different parts together into something meaningful.
Attention: Let this be a season of noticing the little things that call to you: "After all you've been through, it's not too late to breathe deeply, be brave, and create something new."
Attentiveness: Stay present. Engage with life. Observe its rhythms and shifts—but don’t forget to recognize the positive patterns, too, the small ripples that gather into waves beyond what you ever imagined.
Authenticity: Give yourself the space to be fully present in life in a way that allows you to breathe freely—beyond the limitations of who you once thought you had to be.
Awareness: Pay attention to the moments when things start to feel different in a good way. Growth is not just something you observe—it’s something you can act on.
Becoming: Slowly but surely, may you feel more at ease with the process of unfolding, learning, and growing into your own natural rhythms, one day at a time.
Breakthroughs: Growth isn’t just about reaching higher—it’s also about outgrowing what no longer fits. You still have space to break through, begin again, and branch out in new directions.
Capacity: Some seasons allow you the energy to figure everything out; others require you to pause and return later. Wherever you are right now, honor your capacity. Allow yourself to ebb and flow with time.
Catalyst: It is never too late for a fresh start. New experiences and ideas can spark change in the most unexpected ways.
Connection: Even when meaningful connections form in ways you never anticipated, one day you will look back and see the story that was unfolding all along. Even when you couldn’t see it in the moment, every breath mattered.
Continue: This season might be about getting to know yourself on a deeper level—and that is more important than you realize. Keep going. The smallest seeds of gratitude, curiosity, and awareness will bloom in time.
Courage: Courage comes in many forms. Sometimes it’s a soft whisper in the wind, reminding you that you are alive. Other times, it’s a slow and steady movement toward the mountains waiting in the distance. However it appears, there is space for your courage.
Creativity: Let yourself create without pressure. Write in your journal without needing everything to make sense. Trust that a story is unfolding, even before the right words or expressions emerge.
Cultivate: Growth is happening beneath the surface, courage is forming along the way, and quiet bravery is brewing in the background. Your continual becoming is something you can nurture every day.
Dedication: You can give your best effort while understanding that good things take time. Your worth is not measured by achievements—but that doesn’t mean you can’t reach for something more. A steady pace builds lasting purpose.
Depth: Go beyond the surface. Make space for deeper experiences, for exploring the unseen layers of life, and for discovering new possibilities.
Development: You don’t need to have all the answers to recognize how you are changing. Pay attention to the areas where healing and growth are taking shape. Allow yourself to keep learning.
Discovery: The path ahead may be winding, but possibilities remain open. Trust that something new is unfolding. May you discover fresh ways forward, even through the twists and turns.
Emergence: It is never too late to create something new. Life is a tapestry of many threads, and beauty is still forming. Even if the connections aren’t visible yet, the loose ends still hold space for mending, reimagining, and building anew.
Endeavor: You are free to challenge yourself while still being kind to yourself. Keep making room to try new things without the pressure of perfection. Let determination and grace exist side by side.
Enriching: Make it a practice to notice good things growing in unexpected places. Nurture your sense of wonder, connection, and awareness, one day at a time.
Expansion: Here’s to recognizing that it’s time to move beyond what you’ve always known. You are free to dream of a new way forward.
